Tenth Intelligence Pty Ltd has supported national and international law enforcement, intelligence, regulatory, and multilateral organisations to strengthen intelligence capability, workforce development pathways, and cross-jurisdictional cooperation.

Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC)
Designed and delivered the Financial Intelligence Analyst Course (FIAC), later adapted for delivery across ASEAN and Pacific Financial Intelligence Units to strengthen regional financial intelligence capability and support sustainable workforce development. Facilitated delivery of the program across multiple jurisdictions between 2018 and 2023.

Indonesian Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Center (PPATK)
Supported delivery and facilitation of the Financial Intelligence Analyst Course (FIAC), including train-the-trainer components to strengthen internal instructional capability and long-term analyst development pathways.

Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC)
Developed the Australian Criminal Intelligence Model and national intelligence standards frameworks supporting consistent analytical practice, product quality assurance, and cross-jurisdictional interoperability.

Philippines Anti-Money Laundering Council
Designed intelligence standards frameworks supporting analytical product development, quality assurance systems, and workforce capability uplift.

United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC)
Led an 18-month intelligence development program supporting institutional intelligence capability strengthening in Nigeria and contributed to organised crime threat assessment work across Western Balkans partner jurisdictions.

National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Nigeria
Delivered structured mentoring and training to support development of Nigeria’s first strategic intelligence analysts, including collaborative production of five national-level strategic intelligence assessments addressing organised crime threats, drug markets, trafficking flows, and national risk priorities. Contributed to the design of organisational intelligence processes and development of a strategic intelligence model supporting sustainable institutional capability.

Delivered financial intelligence capability development programs supporting member Financial Intelligence Units including Bhutan, Mauritius, Botswana, Sri Lanka, and Turkmenistan, strengthening analytical practice and international information-sharing capability.
